All the necessary accessories are present. The owner Ilenia very friendly and helpful.
Surely next year if we have holidays we will return to this holiday home.
Great bathroom large, new, large shower, washing machine in the dressing room with sink to wash hand towels etc from the sand. Double clothes racks with clothespins to comfortably lay both beach towels and costumes. Refrigerator new and large, they made us find already in 2 bottles of fresh water and it was a small gesture very much appreciated.
The owner was very courteous and satisfied my requests.
The ad corresponds exactly to what you will find on your arrival, the sea is really 2 minutes walk from the house, and next to the apartment there is a small supermakert (A & O) that provides all kinds of food both fresh and typical fruits and vegetables as well as household items and cleaning. Nearby there is an ice cream shop with homemade ice cream, hot donuts in the evening, crepes, etc ..., a tobacconist who also has toys and articles for thesea, detergents and many items for personal hygiene and souvenirs of all kinds.
Some flaws that can be improved in the apartment are: soft soft pillows maybe they are already in budget to be changed; unique mini wardrobe with two doors in the room so for 4 people is definitely a bit 'little, then in the place of bedside tables there are no stools without drawer so the underwear and costumes go in the closet with the rest.
For those who suffer a lot from the heat and used to have the air conditioner here there is not but there is a fan in the kitchen and one in the room, we personally with the shovels active and closed day blinds we did not suffer the heat.
I will be happy to return the future with a child

For past experiences I had brought with me some sponges for cleaning the apartment, tea towels, a tablecloth, etc etc but nothing was served! even we found the soap dispensers full hands and plates and two beautiful bottles of fresh water in the fridge ... in addition to sponges and sponges, dishcloths, rags, broom, floor cloth ....
The location is very convenient, it is located 2 steps from the beach and despite overlooking the road (from 20 becomes pedestrian) is not annoying the noise that comes.
Moreover, with the shutters approached, the house remains very fresh all day.
In short, I would say well beyond expectations (which were already very high!).
In the center of Igea Marina, highly recommended.

We spent a carefree, serene and happy. The apartment is cozy with everything you need, really nice, neat and clean, but for us the highlight remains open space, which we used for the duration of the holiday, eating out in the open.
Excellent and the location, on the main street, convenient to all services.

Very convenient for people like me who had a stroller is strategically located with all the amenities at your fingertips.
