The Courtyard is one of Miami Habitat’s most requested places to stay in Miami. This junior, two bedroom is one of only two vacation rentals at the Courtyard to receive a new “luxury package” making it one of the more popular places to rent. Miami lodging apartment Unit 1536-1 was completely remodeled and newly decorated with designer furnishings in May 2010. This junior two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and has over 650 square feet of living space. It will sleep up to six people comfortably.

The beautifully sunlit living room has new modern furnishings that include a trendy pewter colored, fold-out futon, matching chairs and coffee table that coordinate perfectly with the new curtains. The living room also includes a new 32’ wall mounted, plasma TV with DVD player and a stereo. From a door in the living room you can access a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this door.

The master bedroom has new trendy loft style furnishings that include a queen-size bed, contemporary night tables, a dresser and a wall mounted, 32” plasma TV an iPod player with radio and an alarm clock. From this bedroom you can access the private balcony with breakfast table, chairs and a small garden with lounge chairs. The European style bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower with rainfall shower head.

All of our places to stay in Miami include free Wi-Fi and free local dialing. All places to rent, Miami lodging apartments at the Courtyard have access to coin operated washer and dryers and additional maid services may be requested for a small fee. The Courtyard has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.
