Vacation rental rates

All rates are quoted in US Dollars, and are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes, tourist tax and all utilities including water, electricity and air conditioning.
For stays of less than the minimum nights stated, there is a
$80.00 one off cleaning charge.

When applicable, a 20 percent reservation deposit is required.
An option of either a refundable Secuirty & Breakage deposit of $ 250.00 or a
non-refundable $ 49.00 Property Damage Protection serviced by CSA
(see below) is applicable on all reservations and paid no later than eight weeks before the intended date of arrival.

Payments via credit / debit cards and PayPal incur a 2.9 - 3.9 percent PayPal transaction charge depending whether payment originates from within or outside US borders.
Check payments are acceptable from US / Canada and UK residents only.

Rates are correct at time of publishing and may change at short notice.
