Description of the vacation rental

Fully furnished modern vacation rental. Can comfortably sleep 10 people, (1 large bedroom with 2 double beds, a smaller bedroom with 1 double bed, living room has 1 double sofa sleeper & 1 double futon). Everything you need is included; linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, electric range & refrigerator/freezer. Large yard includes a picnic table, patio, fire-ring with wood provided. Set in scenic hills of western PA on the banks of the North Branch of Blacklick Creek. It is bordered on 3 sides by PA Gamelands #79. Three streams nearby, 2 contain wild native brook trout, 1 contains holdover stocked trout. Only 500 ft. to Rexis Branch of Ghost Town Trail, a rail-trail of over 24 miles. Great place to hunt, fish, hike, bike, or take historic tours of the nearby attractions. Johnstown Flood Museum & Flood Memorial are a 20 minutes drive, Altoona Railroader Museum is a 35 minute drive, and the Flight 93 Memorial is 1 hour drive. We're heated, modern and open year round. We have something for everyone.

Rates: from 350 to 500 US Dollars/week
Prices are $65 per day or $350 per week. Exception is first week of antlered deer season with that reservation starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving and continuing until the following Saturday. That week's rate is $500. Deposit required to hold/confirm all reservations is $65. Deposit refunded with at least 24 hour cancellation notice. Payment method accepted is as follows: Online only=Paypal or any major Credit Card, thru Snail mail=Check or Money Order, On Site=Cash, Check, MoneyOrder or Traveler's Checks. Rates include linens, cleaning service, etc. Months of June, July & August weekends have 2 nite minimum.
