Conveniently located in Montriond, in a quiet hamlet, 10mn walk from the beautiful lake of Montriond and 5 mn drive from the slopes of Avoriaz by the Ardent cable car and the center of Morzine, this brand-new chalet La Grotte aux Fées offers luxury standard and great charm by its careful decoration.
The accomodation is spacious and has 2 levels. It has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8-10 people.
The chalet was built as a family home and has therefore been finished to a high standard with contemporary modern furnishings.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy living room with a plasma TV screen (140 channels), double bedroom, bathroom (tub) and separate toilet.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), separate toilet and a laundry (washing machine, dryer...)
All bedrooms are cosy, modern, confortable with flat TV screen.

Near the motorway, airport and train station, Morzine is very accessible.
Morzine has the easiest access of all the alpine resorts, located just 30 km from Thonon on the shores of lake Geneva, and 30 km from the A40 motorway which skirts the city of Geneva. Driving time to Geneva airport is just over one hour!
Morzine is twinned with its sister resort Avoriaz to combine the best of high alpine skiing with a traditional Haute Savoie village atmosphere. It is linked to 13 other resorts in the Portes du Soleil, creating one of the finest ski playgrounds in the world.
