The landlord responded to our questions very quickly. The first meeting was problem-free and the handover in the house also went very well. The house was very clean. Everything was as described. Great house in a very quiet location. Just a few meters to the beach. The beach was very clean and suitable for small children as the water is very shallow. Nice gesture from the landlord, we were given some drinks and cake. We can highly recommend this house and the landlord. Thank you for the lovely time with you.
Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Das erste Treffen war problemlos und auch die Übergabe in dem Haus verlief sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles entsprach wie in der Beschreibung. Tolles Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Der Strand war sehr sauber und für kleine Kinder geeignet da es sehr flach ins Wasser geht. Nette Geste vom Vermieter, etwas Getränke und Kuchen wurde uns geschenkt. Wir können dieses Haus und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

Excellent stay in Rospico, beautiful place. The house is large and spacious with stunning views, consistent with the description and the area is superb but we knew it. A renewal of several chairs is necessary and scheduled! The card to receive TV was out of date so no TV but no lack and no time to get bored as the walks are beautiful and close. Thanks to Mrs B. for her welcome, we hope to come back soon?

We booked this cottage from September 24-27 for 13 adults. Arrived on the spot, we were very well received for the handing over of the keys and for the presentation of the lodging. The house is very well kept and everything was there to have a very good stay. There is also a parking lot for at least 4 cars and the grounds are closed, appreciable when you have a dog. We were able to discover the Crozon peninsula which is magnificent. We would definitely recommend this property and maybe we will come back as there is so much to see and do.
Nous avons réservé ce gîte du 24 au 27 septembre pour 13 personnes adultes. Arrivés sur le lieu,nous avons très bien été accueilli pour la remise des clés et pour la présentation du gîte. La maison est très bien tenue et tout y était pour passer un très bon séjour. Il y a également un parking pour au moins 4 voitures et le terrain est clos, appréciable quand on a un chien. Nous avons pu découvrir la presqu'île de Crozon qui est magnifique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce bien et peut-être que nous y reviendrons car il y a tellement à voire et à faire.

We spent with my children and grandchildren, 12 people in total, a great week in this pleasant house to live in and well suited to family life thanks in particular to the two outdoor spaces including a pretty garden, to the barbecue available, to a living room which closes with a sliding door and which allows those who want to sleep in the morning to sleep even if the children are awake and last but not least thanks to the nearby Iroise Sea ... not to mention a sun which brightened up most of the week.
We also appreciated the welcome.
Nous avons passé avec mes enfants et petits enfants, soit 12 personnes au total, une super semaine dans cette maison agréable à vivre et bien adaptée à la vie familiale grâce notamment aux deux espaces extérieurs dont un joli jardin, au barbecue mis à disposition, à une pièce de séjour qui se ferme par une porte coulissante et qui permet à ceux qui veulent faire la grasse matinée de dormir même si les enfants sont réveillés et enfin et surtout grâce à la mer d'Iroise toute proche...sans oublier un soleil qui a égayé la majeure partie de la semaine.
Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil.
Rental as described, ideally located and quiet with all amenities nearby. The beaches are accessible on foot or by bike. We discovered pretty coves on the coastal paths. We will be back soon, there is so much to see .......
