This small, functional and well-equipped apartment is close to all amenities, both for everyday life and for leisure. Very quiet and pleasant site. The owners live above the apartment and are discreet, available and friendly. This is our fifth stay in twelve years and we recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice rental in a quiet location and close to shops and ski slopes. Very clean apartment, well appointed, very well equipped and consistent with the description. Very nice and discreet owners, outside parking space.

This apartment is charming, it feels very good on arrival.
The decor is quite modern, and the complete equipment.
The location is nice, only 10 minutes walk or just 5 minutes with the shuttle which is 100 meters down the street. You just have to leave your ski equipment at the locker to avoid loading.
I recommend this rental with outdoor parking space!

Great holiday in Serre Chevalier.
This is the 2nd time we rent this apartment in the summer.
Impeccable location very well located in a nice chalet.
Everything is very functional.
Charming owners, very attentive and discreet.
To recommend to enjoy the beautiful region of Briançon and beautiful hiking in the mountains.

Studio well equipped, very well equipped and very clean.
Ideal quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walk from the shops (and ski slopes for winter!)
Owners present and very friendly.
Easily accessible by car, parking for tenants, very nice little terrace, and private ski bikes.
The bed was made on arrival!
A very good rental that largely justifies its very slightly higher than the average price.
If we return to this area, we will probably the same dwelling.
