The house is very nice; beautiful garden and swimming pool (the children loved it) Quiet place in the hills, from which you can easily reach all the places on the lake. The owner is kind and helpful. It was a relaxing vacation!

I'm Veronese and in the ?Covid era? we decided to spend the holiday close to home. Well-kept location and in absolute privacy with respect to the surrounding houses. Well-kept garden and well exposed to the sun. The structure offers the possibility of having 3 independent units as in addition to the main apartment there is a comfortable annex with two separate entrances. Excellent swimming pool and barbecue area. It was really a very pleasant surprise. A few steps from the house there are supermarkets and all the main services. Access to the structure is very convenient, it has an electric gate and offers ample internal parking for several cars. The garden is completely fenced so we were able to "free" our dog in serenity for the whole holiday. It is located in a strategic point to get close to visiting any location on Lake Garda in a day thanks to the ferries that depart from the nearby docks of Garda and Torri del Benaco. The owners, to whom I renew our thanks, are very kind and always available for any need. Really a super experience!
Sono Veronese ed in “epoca Covid” abbiamo deciso di trascorrere la vacanza vicino a casa.
Location curatissima ed in assoluta privacy rispetto alle abitazioni circostanti.
Giardino molto curato e ben esposto al sole.
La struttura offre volendo la possibilità di avere 3 unità indipendenti in quanto oltre all’appartamento principale è presente una comodissima depandance con due ingressi separati. Ottima la piscina e la zona barbecue.
È stata davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa.
A pochi passi dalla casa sono presenti supermercati e tutti i principali servizi. L’accesso alla struttura è molto comodo, dispone di cancello elettrico e offre un ampio parcheggio interno per più auto. Il giardino è completamente recintato quindi abbiamo potuto “liberare” In serenità il nostro cagnolino per tutta la vacanza. Si trova in un punto strategico per avvicinarsi a visitare in giornata qualsiasi località del Lago di Garda grazie anche ai traghetti che partono dai vicini attracchi di Garda e Torri del Benaco.
I proprietari, a cui rinnovo i nostri ringraziamenti, sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.
Davvero un’esperienza super!

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Near the train station and all the conveniences that can be served. The center of Peschiera and the lake can easily be reached on foot. Thanks to Mrs. Laura who was immediately punctual and helpful.
Appartamento molto confortevole e pulitissimo. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a tutte le comodità che possono servire. Il centro di Peschiera ed il lago si raggiungono con facilità a piedi. Un grazie alla signora Laura che si è mostrata da subito puntuale e disponibile.
A fantastic villa, located close to Lake Garda (3km). The property is spacious and rented with everything you could want. We rented the villa for two weeks and could not find any fault during our stay. The villa is in the town of Costermano, which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The villa's location is perfect to explore the area and Venice is only an hour away. I would recommend the villa and we look forward to going there again.
The garden and and pool area are definitely the best in this property. It is located close to Garda, and the local supermarket is also located nearby.
We had some small problems during our visit, but the owners were VERY quick to respond and help us resolve the issues.
We will definitely recommend this house to our Family and friends.
In all the years I have been renting holiday lets through the internet I have never been more satisfied with what I got. The apartment was wonderful: beautifully appointed, furnished and so comfortable; with a fantastic location within walking distance to everything you wanted in the town and beyond due to the proximity of the railway station and the boat port. Laura was a wonderful host, with fantastic knowledge and making that extra effort to make her guests feel so special.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a wonderful holiday in a magnificent part of Italy, and I very much hope to return very soon.

Hi, little example, I was in the apartment of Mrs. Laura not for vacation, but thanking admit that staying there became a pleasure. It 'difficult at a time not easy to feel at home in an apartment not yours, but at the home of Laura with all the amenities unimaginable was really simple. Clean and well organized, right spaces and everything at hand, great location near the station, the lake, but also the hospital, supermarkets, all within walking distance. E' difficile in un momento non semplice sentirsi a casa in un appartamento non tuo, ma a casa di Laura con tutte le comodità inimmaginabili è stato davvero semplice.
Ambiente pulito e ben organizzato, spazi giusti e tutto a portata di mano, ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione, del lago ma anche dell'ospedale, supermercati, tutto raggiungibile a piedi.
Laura poi è di una gentilezza e accoglienza unica, sembra un'amica più che un'affittuaria, quindi ringraziandola ancora mi auguro di tornare presto per una bella vacanza sul lago.
I stayed at the apartment located in Peschiera del Garda, owned by Laura They Sign.ra from 10/26/2014 for more than a week. We found ourselves quite well, the apartment is equipped with all you need, well furnished and comfortable. The Sign.ra Laura and her husband are always available for anything, kind and above all human. We thank them very much.

Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, l'appartamento è provvisto di tutto ciò che serve, è ben arredato e comodo. La Sign.ra Laura e il marito sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, gentili e soprattutto umani. Li ringraziamo tantissimo.
Spacious and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, it receives a lot of sun and is equipped with various equipment (beds, chairs, etc.) that allow you to make the most of. The pool is large and the different depth make it ideal for both children and adults. We particularly enjoyed and exploited the large round table on the porch this: many lunches and dinners to 'open, a few steps from the lake. The location is excellent, quiet area, but very close to the beaches and to the countries of the area. Finally, the owners were always friendly and helpful. What do you want ?!
Casa spaziosa e ben curata. Il giardino è splendido, riceve molto sole ed è dotato di varie attrezzature (lettini, sdraio, ecc) che permettono di sfruttarlo al massimo.
La piscina è grande e le diverse profondità la rendono ideale sia per bambini che per adulti.
Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e sfruttato il grande tavolo rotondo presente sotto il porticato: tanti pranzi e cene all' aperto, a pochi passi dal lago.
La location è ottima, zona tranquilla, ma davvero vicina alle spiagge e ai paesi della zona.
Infine, i proprietari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Cosa volere di più?!
