There is everything for a perfect holiday.
Ideal place near the sea and very quiet.
Marina and Giuseppe are very kind. They do everything to give you a wonderful holiday.

It 'a place where you can take a holiday in quiet and relaxing place, with beautiful views and large terraces.
Great for families with children of all ages, from 4 to 6 people per family.
Huge fridge for those who want to get food supplies and a cistern that there will always be water.
The owners are very nice and helpful.
For us it was a great time to be repeated.
In our experience we have found apartments so well kept and equipped, at par of Trentino, where sometimes we go.
The owners very helpful and very kind. Beautiful family and beautiful people.
Our vacation was truly wonderful.
We hope to return.

Highly recommended to all those who want to make a peaceful holiday in this wonderful land.
The view is magnificent and the small town of Ballestrate and its region are recommended for all people who want a bit of tranquility and scenery.
The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories possible and imaginable, the pantry with olive oil, salt, pepper and whatever else ... even if it neat and clean.
It is all furnished with modern furniture.
The two independent apartments apart from the rest ... enjoy BOTH also: relevance veranda, washing basket to pick up the clothes drying rack, shovel, broom, mop, pile to wash clothes, several lounge chairs for sunbathing, table with chairs outside (in addition to the internal one), a large boiler always lit. (The hot water was never absent)
The only things in common are the garden, the barbecue and the vacuum cleaner :)
The place is a unique tranquility. Ideal for relaxation. The sea is beautiful, crystal clear water even if the sea were to be agitated.
The sun sets behind the mountains, offering diverse and breathtaking sunsets every evening.
To complete the pictureobviously was Marina, the owner, who by his discretion, kindness and helpfulness has put us at ease after 2 minutes and was ready and prompt in responding to our every need for the duration of our stay. Thank you Marina!
What can I say ... if you are looking for a nice beach along with a quiet apartment and equipped with everything where you go there to relax ... then this is a perfect solution. Strongly recommended!
Once in Balestrate, it was nice to meet Marina with its beautiful child and their dog. She showed us what would be our home for two weeks and I can assure you that I was not expecting much. First of all, a fantastic sea view, a peace I had not expected to find but also a beautiful home, new and clean thoroughly, I do not recall ever having found a house to rent so neat, with a garden and a beautiful gazebo and manicured. Marina was very friendly and made us even find a vase of flowers, a bottle of wine and a fresh water and sweet fruit, not a small thing, and then immediately strove for everything to be perfect, you could see their that for her it was very important that we were good and we spent a good holiday. There was very pleased to see her also infollowing days and we have established a good relationship, even with his delightful and sweet children. Even on the day of departure, in which Marina has helped us to clean the house, perhaps her most of us, our child has been playing with her and you are entertained in the wading pool that she had swollen nicely.
We highly recommend this house for the position because it is not in the country that is definitely noisier and busiest; if you prefer the tranquility and, as I've written before, with a view of the exceptional sunsets, this house is the right choice. To consider even outer space where, for families like ours, the children run freely and absolute safety, or simply dine on excellent fish thanks to the barbecue available and enjoy a pleasant evening accompanied by the sea breeze.
Thank you once again very kind and cute Marina which gave us the opportunity to spend this much-awaited holiday in the best way. We will always have wonderful memories and hope to return to their Balestrate very soon.
