Very warm welcome from the owners, Mr. and Mrs. L. are anxious to meet the expectations and requests of their tenants. They are also very good advice for exploring the 3 Valleys ski area as well as the surroundings of the village of St Martin de Belleville. They also know how to be very discreet. We found a very comfortable rental from every point of view. We will definitely be back!

Super cozy apartment where we stayed with 6 people. near the lift towards Meribel and les Menuires. Supermarket within walking distance. Great place to have a wonderful ski holiday.

It is a very nice spacious apartment with a lovely terrace on the south and the owners are very nice and easy. Since the center is located in the village and it is a main road, it is sometimes a bit crowded with cars. The distance to the first ski lift is 30 m. Walk, so you can if you want to have lunch at home and leave skis at the ski lift. which is a pity, there is no Internet, this allows you to get free for 1 hour at the office de tourisme which is near. The family has close to a car park. We have had a wonderful holiday, thanks to the apartment because the weather is not quite cooperate.
Het is een heel mooi ruim appartement met een heerlijk terras op het Zuiden en de verhuurders zijn heel aardig en makkelijk.
Omdat het midden in het dorp ligt en het een doorgaande weg is , is het af en toe wel wat druk met auto`s .
De afstand naar de eerste skilift is 30 m. lopen, dus je kunt als je wilt thuis lunchen en de ski`s bij de skilift laten staan. wat wel jammer is , er is geen internet, dit kun je wel gratis voor 1 uur krijgen bij de office de tourisme die vlak bij is.
Ook heeft de familie dichtbij een parkeerplaats ter beschikking.
Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad, mede dankzij het appartement omdat het weer niet helemaal meewerkte.

Apt. friendly and convenient: ground floor, 50m from the first ascent, 8-8 15m if needed errands ... and a beautiful view to boot!

The apartment is very well located in the small village of Saint-Martin, both for skiing and for the après ski. The home of Mr. and Mrs. Lachenal and their son is very attentive and friendly. We lunched on the terrace which is facing the sun. From the apartment we saw the church and the beautiful mountains. Only small downside, the air is particularly dry in the apartment.

Nous avons déjeunés sur la terrasse qui est bien orientée au soleil. De l'appartement, nous avons vue sur l'église et les belles montagnes.
Seul petit bémol, l'air est particulièrement sec dans l'appartement.

Nice accommodation! We were by public transport. The desk where we could pick up the key is located directly at the top of a building at the Gare Routiere bus stop. And because there is a lift that goes directly down to the apartment from there, you don't have to lug your things far. The apartment itself is located directly on the slopes. The equipment in the kitchen and bathroom looked quite new. There were also herbs, olive oil, dishwasher tablets and enough cleaning products available. This is sometimes different if you rent something in France. The layout was also ok, 1 bedroom with a fold-out double bed, and a small room with a bunk bed and a cupboard where you can store your clothes. There were two of us, but I think it would also be fine with a family of 4. The only downside we had was that the toilet was very small, with your knees against the door...
Fijne accommodatie! We waren met het openbaar vervoer. Het bureau waar we de sleutel konden ophalen zit direct bovenin een gebouw bij de bushalte Gare Routiere. En omdat er van daar uit zo'n beetje direct een liftje naar beneden naar het appartement gaat hoef je niet ver te zeulen met je spullen. Appartement zelf ligt direct aan de piste. De apparatuur in de keuken en de badkamer zagen er behoorlijk nieuw uit. Ook waren er kruiden, olijfolie, vaatwastabletten en genoeg schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig. Dit is nog weleens anders als je in Frankrijk iets huurt. De indeling was ook ok, 1 slaapkamer met een uitklapbaar 2-persoonsbed, en een klein kamertje met een stapelbed en een kast waar je je kleding kwijt kunt. Wij waren met z'n tweëen, maar met een gezin van 4 lijkt het me ook prima te doen. Enige minpuntje dat we hadden was dat de wc wel heel erg klein was, met je knieën tegen de deur..

Comfortable and very practical apartment because you leave and return on skis (provided there is enough snow...). Good level of comfort and good equipment, except the cooking plates which deserve to be replaced... Calm and sunny!
