Very warm welcome from the owners. Clean accommodation corresponding to the description. Very bright due to its openings and pleasant balconies on 3 different orientations. Nothing is missing in the equipment. Residence easy to find and quiet. No passage road at the foot of the building!! Everything is there in small and large appliances. Very popular parking, bicycle storage, close to the beach (200m max) All shops a few meters away. You can do almost everything without a car. Small nearby Carnolès train station which provides access to Nice, Menton Cannes and Ventimiglia We were very fortunate to have splendid weather to see the superb lemon festival and the Nice carnival. We will gladly come back
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement propre correspondant au descriptif. Très lumineux de par ses ouvertures et agréables balcons sur 3 orientations différentes. Il ne manque rien dans les équipements. Résidence facile à trouver et au calme. Pas de route de passage au pied de l'immeuble!!
Tout y est en petits et gros électroménagers. Parking très apprécié, local à vélos, proche de la plage (200m max) Tous commerces à quelques mètres. Vous pouvez tout faire sans voiture pratiquement. Petite gare de Carnolès toute proche qui permet de se rendre à Nice, Menton Cannes et Vintimille
Nous avons eu la grande chance d'un temps splendide pour voir la superbe fête des citrons et le carnaval de Nice. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment ideally located in the city center and close to the sea with its two entrances. We love the neighborhood where all the shops, cafes and restaurants coexist. There is a beautiful terrace equipped for sunbathing. idéalement situé au centre-ville et à deux pas de la mer avec ses deux entrées .
Nous adorons le quartier où cohabitent tous les commerces les cafés et les restaurants.
Il y a une belle terrasse équipée pour prendre le soleil.
En plus la possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant l’app chose rare à Nice-ville.
La propriétaire est réactive et très à l’écoute.
Bref enchantés de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!

The apartment was superb, very clean, friendly and above all functional for a family! The outdoor terrace is really a plus for having a good time together. L'appartement était superbe, très propre, conviviale et surtout fonctionnel pour une famille ! La terrasse extérieure est vraiment un plus pour passer du bon temps tous ensemble. Really nice house equipped with everything you need to have a nice holiday. The location of the accommodation is exceptional on the ground floor of an ancient building with adjoining private park, facing the seafront of Menton. The private parking, located in a side street, is also convenient. The owner was very helpful and kind. The only negative note but that does not depend on the house or the owner: the other tenants of the building recommended us not to let the children play in the garden of the building even in the paths and near the benches as they could disturb.
Casa veramente bella e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. La posizione dell'alloggio è eccezionale a piano terra di un palazzo antico con parco privato annesso, di fronte al lungo mare di Mentone.
Anche il parcheggio privato, posizionato in una via laterale, è comodo. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile.
Unica nota negativa ma che non dipende né dalla casa né dalla proprietaria: gli altri inquilini del palazzo ci hanno raccomandato di non far giocare i bambini nel giardino del palazzo nemmeno nei vialetti e in prossimità delle panchine in quanto avrebbero potuto disturbare.
