The skiable domain of the Grand massif is 260 km long served by 75 ski-lifts, high-tech equipments, a real skiing access to Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz and Sixt.
The domain is divided in two areas :
The Massif wich includes Morillon,Samoëns, Les Carroz and Sixt.
The Grand Massif wich includes the resorts of the Massif + Flaine.
Morillon in winter also means all sorts of entertainments: like torchlight processions, giant “tartiflettes”, the carnival, clowns and concerts.
In summer, you will enjoy the surrounding mountains with spectacular waterfalls, glaciers and an exceptional fauna and flora. Les Esserts transforms into an attractive summer location for mountain biking, walking, swimming, rafting, horse riding, tennis, parascending, golf and sightseeing.
Morillon offers a nice lake with several activities around.
You also have nice pastures accessible by chairlift.
Morillon Les Esserts is a small village of modern apartment blocks on the ski slopes accessed by a modern road which is regularly snow ploughed and gritted. There is a large public car park and all the facilities you need for your holiday are on the doorstep - well stocked Sherpa supermarket, bakery, ski hire shops, lift pass office, ski school, creche, restaurants and pub.
