Good welcome from the owners, beautiful apartment, very clean, well equipped, good location next to the beach and shops, beautiful view of the sea. We had an excellent week, we will come back without hesitation.

We had a very good stay, the apartment is equipped as described. The owner (living in the building) is a friendly hostess, available and responsive to the needs of her tenants. The views from the terrace are dazzling and unforgettable. We will try to come back to it if possible. Only small problem, but not due to the rental itself, is the presence of mosquitoes this year preventing you from being able to fully enjoy the terrace in the evening, unless you are well equipped to protect yourself. Thanks again to Ms. Albesa for her professionalism and seriousness.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est équipé comme décrit. La propriétaire (habitant l'immeuble) est une hôtesse aimable, disponible et réactive aux besoins de ses locataires. Les vues depuis la terrasse sont éblouissantes et inoubliables. Nous essaierons d'y revenir si cela est possible. Seul petit hic, mais pas dû à la location en elle même c'est la présence de moustiques cette année vous empêchant de pouvoir profiter pleinement de la terrasse en soirée, à moins de bien s'équiper pour se protéger. Merci encore à Mme Albesa pour son professionalisme et son sérieux.
Very attentive to any need we had. Even with a mix up with pets. The views from the apartment are incredible. The private parking is very comfortable. The location is very good, we went everywhere on foot, the coves are on the side... Eager to repeat. Thank you very much Raquel for your predisposition. All the best!

Apartment very well located, facing very beautiful coves. The city center is just behind. Everything can be done on foot. Quiet and relaxing holidays. Also, the owner is very friendly. I recommend with eyes closed.
Appartement très bien situé, face a de très belles criques. Le centre ville est juste derrière. TouT peut se faire à pied. Des vacances au calme et reposantes.
De plus, la propriétaire est très aimable. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Apart from a problem with the elevator, the apartment is very pleasant - well equipped, with a splendid view, in a quiet residence. The relationship with the owner or the person who welcomes us was pleasant: people available and with good advice.

The apartment was perfect, spacious, bright and very well equipped. A magnificent view of the sea. The residence was quiet and extremely well maintained as well as the swimming pool. We were well received by Raquel who was friendly and available throughout our stay. I highly recommend this rental. Many thanks to Raquel! We had a pleasant stay, we will definitely come back!!!

We stayed in this apartment for 14 days as a family in July. The apartment is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The photos are consistent and correspond to the rented accommodation. We had a very good stay there, the residence has parking and a swimming pool. At the foot of the residence is a small pebble beach which was very quiet and it was really nice to have the sea nearby. To access the accommodation we were greeted by Cathy who is really very nice and always available and who was also able to give us information about the place. Thank you again Cathy for your availability throughout the stay, it was really a pleasure to meet you. The owner is also very available if you have any questions. And all the steps before and after were very clear and carried out seriously. We will come back with pleasure.
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant 14 jours en famille au mois de Juillet. L'appartement est joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Les photos sont conformes et correspondent au logement loué. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, la résidence dispose d'un parking et d'une piscine. Au pied de la résidence se trouve une petite plage de galet qui était très tranquille et c'était vraiment agréable d'avoir la mer à proximité. Pour accéder au logement nous avons été accueillie par Cathy qui est vraiment très gentille et toujours disponible et qui a également pu nous donné des informations sur le lieu. Merci encore Cathy pour votre disponibilité tout au long du séjour, ce fut vraiment un plaisir de faire votre connaissance.
La propriétaire est également très disponible si vous avez des questions. Et l'ensemble des démarches avant et après étaient très claires et réalisées avec sérieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
We have spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house. It is cared for in detail, we do not miss anything in the house, it has everything you might need. The garden is beautiful with different succulents and species scattered in every corner. We also spent long periods of time enjoying the fish, toads and snails in the pond. The pool is a good size and the water was very clean. The owners are charming and very close, always attentive to any unforeseen event. There is a small supermarket, bars and a pharmacy 3 minutes away by car, and a large Mercadona 7 minutes away by car. Good access to the road to move anywhere. Just perfect!
Hemos pasado 2 semanas maravillosas en esta casa. Está cuidada al detalle, no echamos nada de menos en la casa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. El jardín es precioso con diferentes suculentas y especies repartidas en cada rincón. Pasamos largos ratos también disfrutando de los peces,sapos y caracoles del estanque.
La piscina es de buen tamaño y el agua estaba muy limpia.
Los dueños son encantadores y muy cercanos, siempre atentos a cualquier imprevisto.
Hay supermercado pequeño, bares y farmacia a 3min en coche, y un Mercadona grande a 7min en coche. Buen acceso a la carretera para desplazarse a cualquier lugar.

Magnificent garden and beautiful swimming pool. The house is in a very quiet area and the house is well secured. The house is super well equipped and everything is there. 1 min by car, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, you will find everything you need. The house is 5 minutes from the beach and the highway is not very far if you want to visit the surroundings. We will surely come back !!! Thanks again.

La maison se trouve dans un quartier très calme et la maison est bien sécurisée. La maison est super bien équipée et tout s'y trouve.
A 1 min en voiture, se trouve un supermarché, une pharmacie, une boulangerie, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
La maison se trouve à 5 min de la plage et l'autoroute n'est pas très loin si vous souhaitez visiter les environs.

I had a very good stay, the apartment is wonderful. Very well placed. I recommend this apartment. It has an incredible view of the sea. All day long we are rocked by the waves. Raquel listens to our requests and is very helpful. Thank you with my family we had a lovely time.
