The villa consists of two flats on the ground floor and two on the first floor, completely independent inputs, plant and reserved spaces. Available individually or to be combined according to the requirements of the number of the group.

Each consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and very complete kitchen area, more space for outdoor dining, private garden with barbecue, solarium with exclusive sea view, beautifully furnished, meters from a fantastic sandy beach.
On the upper floor / attic are 2 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, with separate entrances, accessible from the same staircase leading to the first floor and shared kitchen

The distance from the sea is a few meters in front of the beach that is exclusively sandy. The beach is the one in the photos otherwise there are also private beaches. From the park, cross a road and you are already on the beach, very suitable for children as it slopes gently into the sea.
The free beach is just in front of the villa.
Small pets allowed at a surcharge of Euro 70 on agreement.

Bari airport and Brindisi airport are connected by different low cost flights companies.
By car from BARI, drive along the freeway SS E 55 to Brindisi, then follow Lecce. From BRINDISI, drive along freeway SS E 55 to Lecce. Before arriving in LECCE, take "Tangenziale Ovest" and follow Gallipoli. Continue for about 45 km and then take the exit to Ugento, follow Torre San Giovanni.
