La seconda abitazione è composta da: ingresso,grande camera con 3/4letti,altra camera da letto con tre letti, bagno e cortiletto con barbeque in muratura e stenditoio.
In tutto vi sono una grande cucina,un cucinino, 4 grandi camere da letto, tre bagni, un grande terrazzo al primo piano, un cortiletto chiuso con barbecue, due doccie esterne e un giardino esterno con gazebo e una piscina. Anche aria condizionata.
Entrambe le abitazioni hanno ampi esterni abitabili annessi, con giardino tutt'intorno
alla villa e cortile x parcheggio auto. Sui due ettari circonstanti vi sono alberi di ulivo, di carrube e un antico TRULLO. Nel giardino esterno vi sono due doccie, un gazebo e una piscina esterna.
La Villa si trova alla giusta distanza dalle altre abitazioni pertanto è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere la
